Psychology is more than Just Connecting the Dots of our Emotions + Behavior.

Dimensions exist within behaviors, emotions, and our actions that culminate as the Human Experience.

Understanding the relationship between these Dimensions is key to understanding the true nature and potential of our Emotional, Spiritual, and Physical selfness.

Wellness

Wellness is an overused term to generalize the state a person exists in or strives towards. Wellness is more than a diet, a lifestyle, a class, or a book. Wellness starts and ends with Mindset and is the foundation for putting all wellness attributes towards Wholeness.

Wholeness

The sum of all the parts of Wellness combined with the Awareness of heart brings us closer to a state of Wholeness. Wholeness connects the Brain (logic) to the Heart (Emotion). To be Whole, is to be at peace with who we were, are, and can be.

Oneness

At the core to our collective human experience is a spiritual or energetic tie that resonates across all cultures, theologies, and existence. Oneness is the acceptance of this greater power within us and the potential for true Emotional, Spiritual, and Physical empowerment.

Dimensional

A new model for observing Life.

The power of understanding our behavior starts with understanding the relationship with our Emotions, the Environment, Our Awareness, and the Observation that can be applied in a Dimensional Model.

Turning the power of observation into Empowerment for personal change.
