Understanding Coherence.

The human experience is coherence of each individual dimension

Relating psychology across the continuum of life requires that the parts being discussed or measured belong to the same family or dimension. This allows for the relationships among dimensions to be identified as part of the individuals identity or wholeness and oneness.

Dimensions within the scope of Feelings and Emotions allow the domain to be explored rather than the taxonomy or predefined understanding and reaction within the environment. Rather than looking for differences, dimension allow deeper understanding of the relationships that encompass the complete experience.

The domain of the dimensions also illustrates the fluid nature of the human experience. Traditional approaches typically use linear relationships to highlight change or progress. While this one-to-one relationship is beneficial, it does not allow for the influences that other variables have on the primary mechanism of change or Delta.

[7] Basic Dimensions.

PHYSICAL

Pursuit of health and fitness endeavors, including proper nutrition and physical activity.

SPIRITUAL

Purpose and meaning in life

INTELLECTUAL

Exploring new concepts, enhance skills, and application of new thinking.

EMOTIONAL

Acknowledge and properly express feelings, validation, and management of emotions.

SOCIAL

Establishing and maintaining beneficial connections with friends and family.

ENVIRONMENTAL

Individual awareness and impact regarding a healthy stewardship with the environment

OCCUPATIONAL

Fulfillment in the workplace while balancing personal responsibilities

The Domains

To capture the event and subsequent data of each dimension, the objective data points need to be isolated in the corresponding domain. These data points are represented in the Human Experience Model (HEM) that is comprised of emotional, physical, spiritual needs, response, and motivation of the individual.

Common Language

To correlate data to the domains and dimensions of the experience, a Common Language Model (CLM) is used to define objective data based on Emotion, Action, and Cognition level variables.

Dimensional Model.

The components of the model are used to collect specific data points that are easy and consumable for all users/observers. These components set up the structure of the common variables that are used to describe the experience. However, the experience is not attached to the specific interaction; it is part of a continuum of experiences that creates the dimensional relationship of the presented coherence.
Dimensions allow the interaction of all core elements of the model to contribute to the overall understanding.
